Circuit Court is located on the South side of the third floor of the Union County Courthouse.

The Union County Circuit Court has jurisdiction in all criminal and civil matters for Union County. In addition, the Circuit Court is responsible for the administration of the Probation Department, Community Corrections and Public Defenders.
